No such file or directory on download sites

I had just held the button down with a paperclip. But I just noticed that I think I have 2 routers? (I didn't set it up, Comcast did) What I thought was the modem says it's a router (WNDR4500v3) and then there is also one that says WNR1000.

My Orbi connection works great on most occasions, however sometimes while browsing the web a site will give me "No Such File or Directory" If I switch routers I can visit the site. I also can't get Netflix or Amazon Video to work from my Orbi using my Roku or IPad. This is the main reason I purchased the Orbi.
